Any special offers or prices can be withdrawn or changed at our discretion at any time.

All goods remain the property of Barnabas Books until payment is settled in full.

Delivery

We aim to deliver the goods, using Royal Mail, within 3 to 7 working days of receipt of your order if the goods are in stock.

If books do not arrive within 30 days

If books are lost in the post, Barnabas Books are to be notified within 30 days of the original order and a refund will be given.

Cancellation policy

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state you have the right to cancel the order on an item within eight working days of receiving the item/s. Written notice (by letter, fax or email) of such cancellation must be given to us within the aforementioned period and if you do cancel an order you must return the item/s to us and the item/s must be in a saleable condition and you must pay the return postage in order to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to offer a partial refund on items that are returned to Barnabas Books damaged or soiled.

Return's policy

If a book arrives at its destination in a damaged state, the item must be returned promptly to Barnabas Books. The cost of the return postage will be refunded and a replacement will be sent to you or a full refund given.

The information we require to process an order

We will need to know your name, your delivery address, the card holder's address if different from the delivery address, your credit or debit card number, the expiry date of the card and the three digit security code. We will also need your E-mail address and your telephone number which will enable us to contact you if there is a problem. Card details will not be held by Barnabas Books.
